Excellent location in the city center. The room was clean and well-maintained. The owner was helpful in finding a solution when our original room was not available. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a comfortable stay at Casa Balcescu. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's central location was perfect, with great views of Brasov and close to the old center and mountains. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, cutlery. The owner was kind and even allowed us to add additional guests at the last minute.

The room and bathroom were very clean and presentable. the bed, pillow, and blanket were very comfortable. - the shower worked properly and there were enough towels, shampoo, and hand soap. - the hotel provided amenities like a coffee maker, water heater, fridge, and kitchen. - the receptionist was nice and accommodating, even if she wasn't staying on-site. - the location was excellent, close to Piata Sfatului and a Carrefour Market.
